<p>To facilitate the use of a wheelbrace, the free end of the brace can be supported in a pillar of U-shaped section. The pillar has anumber of grooves in which the end of the brace is mounted. A groove is selected which is at the same height as the nut to be tightened. This allows the user's weight to be applied to one of the cross members to alow final tightening or initial loosening of the nut, whilts keeping the brace squarely on the nut.</p> |
