PURPOSE:To enable correcting a curved IC terminal to a regular posture according to the number of its insertion and removal and to realize the automatic operation of IC mounting by mechanizing the operation of correction by inserting and removing the IC terminal with a jig by appropriately shifting the position of the IC. CONSTITUTION:At first, a hole 2 at the upper left corner of a jig main body 1 is adjusted to an IC terminal and the IC terminal is once inserted in the hole 2 of the jig main body 1 and is removed and the center of the terminal is within a circle A. Next, if the second inserting and removing are carried out by shifting the IC to the direction by one row, the center of the terminal is between points M, N (shown by a full line) in the circumference of a circle B interposed between the two tangents to the circle A from the center of the circle B. Then, the IC is turned 90 deg. to the left to adjust the lower left corner of the jig main body 1 to the terminal and the third inserting and removing are carried out. By increasing the number of inserting and removing in this way, the center of the IC terminal can be infinitely brought accurately to a reference point 5c. |
