Low temp. ceiling heating system - consists of prefabricated sandwich elements with aluminium base and heat conducting synthetic hoses

The ceiling heating uses a fluid heat carrier working at low temperatures (max. ca. 45 deg.C). It consists of elements for incorporation during building construction, or for subsequent addition. The elements are of sandwich construction, with a base of heat-conducting metal, pref. aluminium, the heat being transfered onto it via wide thin-walled synthetic hoses. The elements are connected via angular profiles(7) and connections(5), which are adhered onto the element base, together with the U-profiles(2), which form the heating channels. When assembled, each element is connected to the neighbouring one via screws at three corners. The corner, diagonally opposite to the corner connection, which is inaccessible during mounting, is fastened by the dove-tailed shaping of the angular profiles.
