CONSTITUTION:A molding material is made by laminating polyester resin comprising aromatic dicarboxylic acid in at least 80mol% of an acid component, and 1,9-nonanediol and / or 2-methyl-octanediol in 10 - 80mol% of polyol component and a resin layer comprising a composite consisting mainly of polyester resin and curing agent and a metallic plate. In the case where the rate of 1,9- nonanediol and / or 2-methyl-1,8-octanediol is less than 10mol% of polyol component, a film formed by polyester resin becomes hard, and when where the mixed rate of a curing agent is less, a film with excellent mold processing property can not be obtained.
