Dispensing apparatus for a formulation including an active agent reliant upon expulsion of the formulation from a carrier reliant upon electrolysis gases generated in a way that allows such expulsion with an appropriate degree of control. Options include reliance upon a preference by electrolysis gases to travel along electrodes in the formulation over undirected travel through the formulation itself.
