PURPOSE:To provide the subject process comprising imparting a temperature gradient to a supersaturated solution of polyphosphoric acid flux relative to ultraphosphate to cause a mass flow, whereby a sheet crystal and an aculeate crystal having a long axis in the temperature gradient direction, having a comparatively large area and a high quality can be produced with good reappearance.
