<p>PURPOSE:To enable setting of the actual time by correcting the set time by taking the delay time required for data setting into consideration at the time of setting time data. CONSTITUTION:An operator sets the actual time desired to be set in a time setting means 2 by operating a key input means 1 of a remote controller R. The set time data is displayed on a 1st display means 3. A transfer means 5 receives the output of a transfer key input means 4 and transfers the time data to a timer T on the body side of a VTR when the operator operates the means 4 in synchronization with the time signal or the like. The timer T receives the transferred time data by a receiving means 6 and the received time data is decoded 7, then the correction data on the (t) second of the correction time is added to the time data in a correcting means 8. As a result, a time setting means 9 sets the hour and minute of the time data and the correction data on the (t) second on a timing means 10. The correction data on the (t) second of the time required after the means 4 is operated before the data is transferred and the data processing ends is thus added to the timing output from the means 10 and, therefore, the setting of the actual time is enabled.</p> |
