<p>A construction for the application of a layer of liquid to a sheet-like material comprising a liquid application roller, a dosing roller, limiting elements, and pressing elements which bring the sheet-like material into contact with the application roller. The limiting elements consist of a pair of sets of plates which are installed perpendicular to the shaft of the dosing roller, and which remove the excess quantity of liquid exhausted near the extremities of the rollers.</p> |
