<p>The cooker has a stand formed of metal tubes (1, 2) which can be folded. At their pivots (3, 4), they support a tubular ring (6), which can swivel about a horizontal axis (3-4). The ring supports a parabolic mirror (9), so that the mirror can swivel in the ring about the axis (12-13) perpendicular to the axis on which the ring swivels. The two axes enable the mirror to be turned in any direction. Two bars (14, 15) run across the ring (6) and support a plate (16) at the focus of the mirror. The plate can swivel (17, 18) on the bars, so that it is horizontal whatever position the mirror is in.</p> |
