<p>The tray has a base and upright side walls moulded as a one-piece structure from a fibre reinforced synthetic resin. At least the upper side, but pref. both outer faces are provided with a surface coating. The fibre material can be made from wood, pref. formed by fine needle-like fibre particles. Each outer covering can be e.g. paper impregnated with synthetic resin. This sandwich-type construction provides a rigid structure which is not affected by the normal heat and water encountered during use. Its outer coating provides a hygienic wipe clean surface.</p> |
