<p>PURPOSE: To prohibit a closure member from acting like a hinge by letting a bent shackle, at the locked position of a tensioning ring, penetrate a window- shaped opening formed at the other end of the ring positioned on the bent shackle and form a receptacle for a bent shackle member. CONSTITUTION: Edges 1 and 2 of a tension ring 11 are overlaid, tensioning force is transmitted via a tensioning lever 7, and an edge of the tensioning lever 7 is rotatably supported by a bearing bracket 5 of the edge 1. A bent shackle 6 is provided at the edge 1, and the first fixed bent member is penetratingly guided through a side ring 10 of the tensioning lever 7 at the shackled position where the tensioning lever 7 is folded and a side through-hole of the bent shackle 6. A bent shackle 8 extending upward is formed in the vicinity of the end of the edge 1 positioned at its lower side, and it is penetratingly guided in a window-shaped opening 9 formed at the edge 2 positioned on the bent shackle 8 at the locked position of the tensioning ring 11. The second bent shackle member is penetratingly guided in a side through-hole of the bent shackle 8 and comes into contact with the surface of the edge 2.</p> |
