Liquid container with two indirect heat exchangers - one connected to receive fluid from a solar energy collector

Appts. for the utilisation of the heat from a solar energy collector comprises a liquid holding container within which two heat exchangers are located. One exchanger is connected in a fluid flow circuit with the solar energy collector and arraned so that the heat it gives off to the liquid in the container is transmitted to relatively cooler water flowing in the second heat exchanger. The construction allows cheap utilisation of heat for domestic or central heating water systems. Only a small part of the appts. need be constructed of material inert to drinking water.
