<p>PURPOSE:To improve the throughput by accumulating plural cells and switching sequentially cells in which a transfer time and an output port are discordant from the cells. CONSTITUTION:When a cell is introduced to an input accumulating means 201, an output management means 203 reserves the transfer time of the cell to the output port of the transfer destination. The reserved cell is stored in the area of the input management means corresponding to the transfer time and when the time reaches the transfer time, the result is fed to a switching means 204 and sent to the output port of the transfer destination. When the transfer time is reserved in the means 203 and the output port is reserved in the transfer time, another cell accumulated in the means 201 is supplied based on the instruction of the input control means 202.</p> |
