<p>The travelling bridge or platform serves for accommodation of a built-in tarring machine, or other appliances used in road service renovation. It enables work to be carried out with min. interference to traffic flow. The bridge spans the roadway in a flat arched curve extending lengthways, is mounted on wheels, and can be travelled on white moving forward. Machines for tarring, stripping and other road surface repair work can be installed below the arch of the bridge. On the right side, or left side using split traffic lanes, it can be fitted with covered openings through which the machines can be supplied with material as required.</p> |
