PURPOSE:To compensate the lowering of the light emission output with thermal effect and also to increase S/N at the receiver side, by detecting the case in which the 1-time slot is all ''1'' in case the luminous element is driven by a biphase signal to generate an optical signal and then by increasing the driving signal level for the latter-half 1/2 time slot.
