PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductor having a certain degree of freedom of lattice constant and capable of diminishing mismatching with a substrate in lattice constant by rendering a compsn. contg. La, Nd, an alkaline earth metal, Cu and O and represented by a specified formula. CONSTITUTION:This superconductor is represented by a general formula (La1-p-qNdpalphaq)xCuOy (where 0<p<1.4, 0.025<q<0.25, 1.8<x<2.2, 3.6<y<4.1 and alpha is at least one kind of element selected among Ca, Sr and Ba). The lattice constant can be regulated mainly according to the value (p). |
