<p>The slide plate (1) for facuum cleaner nozzles is mounted with one side in the nozzle housing and with its other side forming a suction work face. It is provided with at least one slit opening (13) for a brush and with a socket (4) for the brush located outside this opening (13). The brush can be mounted and guided in the slide plate so that no special design of the nozzle housing is required. Any slight deviation in the size of the slide plate and nozzle housing no longer affects the relative position of the brush in respect of the opening. The socket (4) preferably has boundary faces (5,5') which project transversely preferably at right angles to the plane of the plate (1) beyond the surface (3) remote from the work face (2) of the plate.</p> |
