The valve has a body with a through channel and a variable cross-section aperture controlling the flow. A deformable diaphragm (8-11) is in the through channel (2), separating it in two completely sealed chambers (17,18) with means for changing the size of variable cross-section aperture (15). A channel (20, 21) in the valve body (1) connects the two chambers, and a throttle (22, 25) is provided in this channel, so that operation of the throttle moves the point varying the variable cross-section aperture. The upper end of the diaphragm (10) is attached to a ring (8) clamped between the abutting faces (6, 7) of the valve body. |
