Natural stone faced heated outdoor staircase step component - has electric heating mesh and sheath in concrete cemented under stone slab

The outdoor staircase, with a natural stone face, has to be heated so as to keep it clear of snow and slippery ice. The prefabricated components may be completed on site, or pref. fully fabricated elsewhere. A fine concrete slab with strictly smooth flat surface, is cemented in plate below a thin slab of natural stone of step width. The concrete slab has a mesh comprising an electric heating conductor embedded in it, surrounded by an insulating sheath with a tunnel-shped contour. The flat bottom of this ends flush with the flat concrete slab surface. Only a moderate heating output is required, while firm, flush and durable connection between the two slabs in each step is facilitated.
