PURPOSE:To disperse flexible thermoplastic resin, elastomer or rubber in small particle diameters and in smoothness, and improve the impact strength, elongation, curvature and flexibility thereof by means of an extruding machine having a vertically polygonal cross-section shape in the axial direction of a cylinder inner surface. CONSTITUTION:Upon manufacturing a composite or polymerized alloy in which a high polymeric composite selected from thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic elastomer and synthetic rubber of being 10000kg/cm<2> or less in bending elasticity is blended in thermoplastic resin of being 20000kg/cm<2> or more in bending elasticity at the rate of 1-60wt.%, an extruding machine is used, which has a part formed into a practically polygonal shape in a right angle cross-section shape with respect to the axial direction of inner wall of a cylinder 1. At this time, it is available in this shape throughout an entire of the cylinder, and is preferred to provide at least one stepped specific shape part in the section of 1/3-2/3, in particular, from the feed part to nozzle part. And, the screw 2 is made to a segment method, and the element corresponding to the Y part is used a perfect meshing type two strip screw, and a counter screw element is used in the nozzle side of the part thereof, and thus sufficient plasticized kneading is conducted at this part. |
