PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent layer separation even when an inner pressure is increased by fixing an insert ring having a recessed groove to be engaged with a sealed cap to a portion in which the sealed cap is provided in the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body and fitting the hermetically sealed cap in the recessed groove. SOLUTION: A recessed groove 3 is formed by machining the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body 1 in the position of an insert ring 4 and the cylindrical body 1 is sealed by fitting a hermetically sealed cap in the recessed groove 3. For fitting the cap 5 in the recessed groove 3, an end plate 5a having an O ring 7 in its periphery for holding sealing properties is inserted into the cylindrical body 1, a retainer ring 5b divided into three portions is inserted into the cylindrical body 1, the retainer ring 5b is fitted in the recessed groove 3 provided in the insert ring 4 and added and fixed to the end plate 5a. Thus, even when inner pressure is high in an internal pressure vessel, the internal pressure is used as a tensile force for the fiber 2 and layer separation hardly occurs. |
