Cylindrical control for hydraulic drive units of the type with axially working pistons consists of a sheel (13) equipped with grooves (14, 16, 17, 18) which on one side are fitted co-axially into rigid bearing housing (23) fitted at least with radially extending fluid passages (17a, 18a). These supply the pressure liquid or the return of the pressure released liquid and on the other side is mounted on a part (12) of the drive shaft (1). This ensures the connections to drive chambers (4) of the axial pistons (5) and in a cyclis rhythm produces the connection to the radial grooves attached to the shells (13) circumference. Radial elastically acting sealing elements (28, 29, 30) are inserted between the shell (13) and the fixed bearing housing (23).
