The compound may be fed either directly, or added to conventional feeds, in a proportion of 0.01-5% of methionine based on the dry weight of the feed. Specific examples are N-stearoyl, N-oleoyl, and N- decanoyl methionines. They may be used together with powdered oak husks, tapioca, urea, minerals and vitamins. |
