<p>Process for soldering two similar or dissimilar metals, e.g. Cu with steel, is carried out such that at least one of the parts to be joined together is first deoxidised, then solder material is applied electrolytically on the dioxidised part in one or several layers of similar or dissimilar metals, and then both parts are soldered together by heating. Electrolytic deposition of solder prevents reoxidation, absence of flux avoids defects harmful in e.g. electrical parts.</p> |
