Screen printing machine with pattern repeat length control - has speed controls in drives for material transport, screen and squeeze unit

Automatic screen printing machine permits the pattern repeat length to be readily adjusted for the material which passes with constant speed continuously through the printing zone. In order to achieve this, speed variation units are incorporated in the material transporter's drive unit, the screen's drive unit (16), and the squeeze part's drive unit (17). The three drive units are connected to a common power source (19) with synchronised time control. The speed control unit has a change gear wheel removably mounted on one end of the input shaft, a fixed gear wheel on one end of the output shaft and an idling gear wheel or an endless chain which engages with the change gear wheel or the time fixed wheel.
