<p>Provided are electronic parts (100) for shielding parts on a substrate (101). The electronic parts (100) comprise a plurality of chip parts (102), each of which is equipped at its two ends with a grounding terminal (103A) and an electrode terminal (103B) for feeding a voltage power source, which are arranged at a constant interval on the substrate with the grounding terminals being arranged, and each of which has its grounding terminal and electrode terminal connected electrically with the grounding terminal land (107A) and the electrode terminal land (107B) of the substrate.Further comprised is a shielding case (104), which shields the chip parts and which has an opening (105). A resin is filled from the opening to retain the strengths on the individual electric connecting portions of the grounding terminal land and the electrode terminal land of the substrate and the grounding terminal and the electrode terminal of each chip part, in which the opening end (106) of the opening is parallel to the grounding terminal of each chip part, in which the opening end and the grounding terminal of each chip part contact at a warping time, in which the portion of each chip part other than the grounding part confronts the opening, and in which the opening is formed not to contact the opening end at the warping time.</p> |
