Drinks mix for dispensing as a spray or under pressure consists of an aq. or alcoholic extract of fresh or dried vegetables. Naturally produced CO2 is used as propellent. The viscosity of the extract is 150 cP or >750 cP. The outlet of the spray head is =1 mm. or >=2.5 m. The gas pressure of the propellent is 3.4 kg./cm2 or >70 kg./cm2. The mix can be incorporated into puddings, dough, alcohols, etc. without whisking.
