PURPOSE:To obtain the subject ceramic form by incorporating a specific additive into main raw material comprising a nitride, carbide. oxide or multiple product thereof followed by baking. CONSTITUTION:The objective ceramic form can be obtained by incorporating (A) 50 to 99 pts.wt. of main raw material comprising a nitride, carbide, oxide or multiple product thereof with (B) 1 to 50 pts.wt. of an additive followed by baking. Said additive is as follows: containing as the essential elements Y, Al, Ce and La and as optional elements Ti, Zr, Mg, Si, Cr and Dy; the amounts of these elements to be added being, based on the total weight on an oxide basis. (1) <=20 pts.wt. of Y2O3, (2) <=40 pts.wt. of Al2O3, (3) <=10 pts.wt. of CeO2, (4) <=10 pts.wt. of La2O3, (5) <=10 pts.wt. of TiO2, (6) <=20 pts.wt. of ZrO2, (7), 10 pts.wt. of MgO, (8) <=20 pts.wt. of SiO2, (9) <=10 pts.wt. of Cr2O3, and (10) <=20 pts.wt. of Dy2O3, also totaling 1 to 50 pts.wt. |
