<p>The game of table hockey is played on a board marked out to represent a hockey pitch. This is green, for standard hockey, or white for ice hockey. For the former, a ball is provided; for the latter, a puck. Each player has a figurine. This represents a player and has a hockey stick for striking the ball or puck. The figurine is in two parts, jointed at the waist. The lower part has a handle and the upper part, swivelling about the lower, has a lever for manoeuvring and swinging it.</p> |
