Lubrication for pendant axle - with oil throwing gear on drive shaft and pendant bearings through axle housing

The towing vehicle is fitted with pendant axle suspension in which the pendant bearings (13) are located through the top edge of the axle housing (11). The inside of the housing has cam wheels (17) on the drive shafts to throw oil onto the bearings for simple lubrication control. The system can be applied to any heavy pendant axle design. Apart from the oil seals, the pendant bearings require no maintenance. The oil is collected from the bottom of the axle housing, with the cam wheel in the shape of a bucket wheel.
