The present invention relates to a design board and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to a design board and a preparation method which can form various patterns on the surfaces of boards such as a particle board, a medium density fiberboard (MDF), and a plywood, while facilitating the preparation of the design board by excluding a complicated preparation process and simplifying the process. One or two types of sheets, selected from a melamine resin impregnation sheet (20) having a selected pattern or being in the state of a raw sheet, and a photographic printing sheet (30) on which a selected photograph, drawing or pattern is photographically printed, are laminated in a given order on a surface of a board (10) selected from the group consisting of a particle board (PB), a medium density fiberboard (MDF), a plywood, and an edge glued panel, wherein a transparent over-lay sheet (40) is laminated on the uppermost layer in order to protect the sheets laminated on the board. |
