The trimming arrangement consists of a housing (1) which can be supported on a tripod. The housing has a stepped bore (2) in which a stepped plunger (6) can be moved up and down by an eccentric and an operating lever (11). The housing has three holes (3, 4, 5) which open up in the side of the stepped bore. The stepped plunger has cutting edges which are moved by the lever past these holes. The holes in the side of the housing vary in dia. while the sides of two of the holes slope at 45 deg. The trimming arrangement makes it possible to cut the ends of pipes so that these are part cylindrical and can be mounted on other pipes.
