1533047 Cooking ovens INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ELECTRIC CORP 2 March 1976 [5 March 1975] 08350/76 Heading F4W A cooking oven comprises a fan unit including an impeller 12 and a driving motor 3, which unit is mounted on to the inside of the back wall 1 of the cooking chamber. The fan unit also includes a motor cooling impeller 11 and a mounting flange 10 which is secured to wall 1 by screws 8 which engage nuts 14 fixed to wall 1. A heat insulating board 13 may be interposed between the flange 10 and the motor 3. In Fig. 3 (not shown) a resistance heating coil (15, Fig. 3) and a partition (16), are also mounted on the back mounted flange. The impeller 12 is of the centrifugal-or axial-flow type. |
