<p>PURPOSE:To dynamically check the action of a random access memory RAM by writing the data as it is and after inverting it and then reading out these two data to compare them with each other. CONSTITUTION:The data to be written into a RAM 10 and its inverted data are successively selected and outputted by a selection means 20. Thus two writing operations are carried out. In a reading state, a comparison means 30 compares the data obtained by reading out the data written with inversion and turning into the original form with the data obtained by reading out the data written with no inversion. Then a normal action of the RAM 10 is decided when the coincidence is obtained between both data. Thus it is possible to dynamically check the action of the RAM 10 even if the address pins of the RAM 10 are excessive.</p> |
