CRUSHING AND SORTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently perform work for crushing and sorting the material to be crushed which consists of iron and Al such as an engine and rubber introduced into a crusher by combining the crusher and a magnetic separator with sorting dependent on manual aid. CONSTITUTION:The crushed material discharged from the discharge port of a crusher A is sent on a sorting conveyer 48. Both the coarse material and the fine material are returned to the coarsely crushing part and the finely crushing part of the crusher A by manual sorting on the conveyer 48. Coarse crushing and fine crushing are again performed. The finely crushed material is not returned to the crusher A and passed on the conveyer 48 and introduced into a first magnetic separator 51 and separated into non-ferrous material and iron. Furthermore the separated non-ferrous material is sorted by manual sorting and both rubber and non-ferrous material excepting Al are introduced into a recovery box 57. The residual crushed material is introduced into a second magnetic separator 61. Al separated by the magnetic separator 61 and iron escaped from the magnetic separator 51 are separately recovered. Iron separated by the magnetic separator 51 is separated into Al with iron stuck thereto and iron by manual sorting and these are recovered.
