<p>The drive is for propeller blades with an adjustable angle of pitch. Elements, pre-load the adjusting member into a first position, corresponding to a predetermined angle of pitch for forward travel. A selectively chargeable actuator engages on the adjusting member, to move it against the pre-load into a second predetermined position, corresponding to an angle different from the first position. When the actuator is released, the adjusting member is returned into the first position by the pre-load. The actuator contains a hydraulic/cylinder mechanism, the cylinder being charged by a hydraulic pressure fluid, so that the piston acts onto the adjusting member. The preload elements contain springs, acting in the opposite direction.</p> |
