<p>PURPOSE:To enable an electric insulated-coil to be continuously used even at high temperature of 200 deg.C or more by forming the coil having a conductor group layered with insulation between the stages, an insulation backing layer which is lined with a prescribed composite binding resin and wound onto the conductor group, and a thermosetting impregnation resin which is impregnated into the backing layer and cured. CONSTITUTION:An electric insulated-coil has a conductor group layered with insulation between the stages, an insulation backing layer which is lined with a binding resin and wound onto the conductor group, and a thermosetting impregnation resin which is impregnated into the backing layer and cured. The binding resin is the composite which contains 100-50 weight parts of multi-functional epoxy resin and below 50 weight parts of 2-functional epoxy resin including three or more P-(2,3-epoxy-plopoxyl) phenyl radicals. The impregnation resin is the composite which contains 100-50 weight parts of 2-functional epoxy resin and below 50 weight part of multi-functional epoxy resin.</p> |
