Continuously dyeing warp yarns - with preceding finishing vat with container having spaced squeegee roller pairs with vertical yarn loop formers

Warp is fed to two washing chambers in which the warp is freed of greases and other impurities before the warp yarns are fed to a dying vat. Dyed yarns are washed in a vat. Chambers and vats are associated at inlets and/or outlets with pairs of squeegee rollers and the vat has a number of staggered roller sets for repeated dipping of the yarn in the vat. Washed yarns are fed to a pre-dryer and then to an accumulator before subjecting to a finishing process in a finishing vat. Used for dyeing warp yarns with indigo blue. Cheaper dyes can be used.
