<p>A quartz controlled HF oscillator has a circuit for limiting the temperature dependent frequency fluctuations. The housing consists of a base plate (4) and a cap (5). Both the high frequency oscillator (7) and the control circuit (6) are integrated into a module and they are fixed to the base plate. The quartz (8) is mounted inside he housing which is surrounded by termal insulation (10). The control circuit is in the form of a bridge network with a heating element and zener diode and is intended to keep the temperature of the quartz crystal constant. The voltage across th zener diode is greaer than the zener voltage so that the voltage across the output of the bridge is stabilised. The circuit also incorporates two complementary transistors (15, 16) which form a DC amplifier.</p> |
