<p>PURPOSE: To allow the system to supervise a fault in a process at a location remote from a central supervisory installation and to inform the occurrence of a fault to the operator as soon as the fault takes place. CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with a controller 80 controlling the operating state and the fault state of a plant, a supervisory equipment 31 supervising information representing a state of the controller 80, a data transmission means 22 sending supervisory information of the supervisory equipment 31 to a remote location by using a public line 60, a simple supervisory equipment 71 connecting to the data transmission means 22 and provided to display the operating state and the fault state of the plant sent by the data transmission means 22 via modulator-demodulator 40, 41, a line non-connection state adaptor means 20 discriminating a non-reply or busy state of the simple supervisory equipment 71 to inform a fault of the plant in voice on the occurrence of it, and a telephone set receiving the notice by the line non-connection state adaptor means 20.</p> |
