Multi collector transistor constant current supply - circuit with multiple output uses additional collector for wider voltage range

A circuit for the production of several constant currents for integrated circuit supplies uses a multi-collector transistor with as many collectors as the number of currents to be supplied. The circuit is developed for operation over a wide operating voltage region by the provision of at least one additional control collector to the multi-collector transistor. The current in the control collector is used to regulate the supply current of the multi-collector transistor. The collectors (K1 - Kn) of the multi-collector transistor (T1) supply the constant currents (I1 - In). One additional collector (Kst) is connected via a resistor (R1) to ground and to the base of a supply regulating transistor (T2). A further collector (Ks) is connected to the base of the multi-collector transistor.
