PURPOSE:To manufacture a fluoroplastic porous-sheet base-material laminated board, in which no warpage is generated, by a method wherein a long-sized laminate in which long-sized metallic foils are superposed to the top face and underside of a laminate, in which a required number of long-sized resin-impregnated fluoroplastic porous sheets and a long-sized resin-impregnated glass base material are superposed, is heated and press-molded continuously, cut in required size, heated at a thermal deformation temperature or higher and quenched at the thermal deformation temperature or lower. CONSTITUTION:A long-sized laminate 4 in which the adhesive sides of copper foils 2 with adhesives are opposed and disposed to resin-impregnated dried sheets on the top face and underside of a laminate, in which each five of the long-sized resin- impregnated dried base materials 1 in which an epoxy resin is dried, a long-sized ethylene tetrafluoride resin porous sheet and a glass-cloth base material are impregnated with the epoxy resin respectively, and the epoxy resin is dried is stacked alternately, and superposed continuously by laminating rolls 3 is forwarded to a double belt roll device 5. The laminate 4 is heated and press-molded continuously for ten min at 165 deg.C at molding pressure of 10kg/cm<2> by the device 5, cut at every 100cm by a cutter 6, reheated at 145 deg.C by a heating oven 7, and quenched up to 60 deg.C by a cooling oven 8, thus acquiring a laminate, in which warpage is hardly generated. |
