<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to contrive to remarkably improve the productivity of the building material concerned and improve the toughness of product by a method wherein kneading material, which is prepared from main material consisting of cement, slag, perlite, diatomaceous earth, silica stone powder and reinforcing fiber and sub- material consisting of extrusion assistant and water, is extruded and, just after the extrusion, the extruded formed body is directly autoclave-cured. CONSTITUTION:As the material for the base board of inorganic lightweight building material, main material consists of cement, slag, perlite, diatomaceous earth, silica stone powder and reinforcing fiber, while sub-material consists of extrusion assistant and water. The main material and sub-material are mixed and kneaded and, after that, extruded so as to be formed in the predetermined shape. The extruded formed body is cut in lengths. Cut formed bodies 2 are placed on pallets 1. The formed bodies 2 placed on the pallet 1 are carried in an autoclave so as to pile up the pallets in layers in order to cure the bodies for hardening through hydration in the autoclave. A large number of through holes 3 on the seating plate 1a of each pallet 1 so as to bring ambient atmosphere contact with the whole surface of the placed formed body 2 under the same conditions as possible.</p> |
