PURPOSE:To automatically display destination information of each employee even when each employee does not describe his destination on a display board by making the employee to input his daily schedule data on his electronic pocket book previously given to each employee and collecting the daily schedule data of each employee to a workstation by connecting the electronic pocket books to the workstation, and then, preparing and displaying the destination information of each employee by collating the schedule data with date and time data from a timer. CONSTITUTION:Each employee always carries an electronic pocket book 1 with him and inputs his daily schedule data, such as the date, time, place, etc., of conferences, outings, etc., in advance. A workstation 3 has a data input-output terminal to the notebook 1 and, when the notebook 1 is connected to the workstation 3, the daily schedule data of each employee are transferred to an destination information preparing device 4. The transfer of the data is executed after each employee inserts his ID card 6 into an ID reader 2 and inputs his ID number. A controlling section 41 stores the daily schedule data sent from the workstation 3 in a memory 42 and prepares the destination information of each employee by periodically reading out the data from the memory 42 and collating the data with date and time data from a timer 43. After preparation, the section 41 sends the information to a display 5 for displaying the destination information of each employee. |
