Cable is anchored partic. in clay or slit, by first boring a hole in the material and filling the anchoring zone of this with large granules, through which a pipe of smaller diameter than the hole is driven. Then the cable is introduced through the pipe which is removed simultaneously with the filling of the anchoring zone with a cast mass.
