PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to mount a reinforcing fabric on a foaming mold so as to make the same hardly detachable at the time of mold clamping but easily detachable after foam molding, in manufacturing the pad of a seat having the reinforcing fibric integrated with the back surface thereof. SOLUTION: In the foaming mold 20 for manufacturing the pad 10 of the seat having the reinforcing fabric 14 integrated with the back surface thereof, a mounting pin 32 protruded from the inner surface of a mold in order to mount the reinforcing fabric 14 in a cavity 28 is constituted of an axially extending columnar body part 34 having an almost constant thickness, a root part 36 having a diameter smaller than that of the columnar body part and a tapered leading end part 38, and a stepped part 40 is provided between the columnar body part 34 and the root part 36.
