PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden imposed on a person in charge of welfare operations, so that welfare service can be offered by a limited manpower. SOLUTION: An intermediary service server SV, depending on a nursing-care service schedule provided by a care service center BC, reads out the corresponding individual profile information on a cared person from a database DB on the previous day of the day when the nursing-care service is offered, and, on the basis of this individual profile information, prepares a list of goods for caring necessary for offering the nursing-care service. In addition, a delivery instruction of the goods for caring together with the list of the goods for caring is transmitted to a commodity sales/delivery center DC, so that the necessary goods for caring will be delivered to the house of the cared person before the care is offered. |
