PURPOSE:To facilitate the preservation, storage and transportation of waste tires at the time of recycling these waste tires to fuel, etc., by providing a take-up section with a supporting rod and a take-up roller and constituting a cutter section for cutting bead parts of a shaft, right and left cutters and winding in assist roller. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft 8 supported by right and left main shaft supporting frames 4 is inscribed with lancings for clamping the tires to vertically bisect the shaft. Ruggedness for antislipping are formed in these lancings. The take-up section arranged to an auxiliary frame 4A is provided with the supporting rod which advances in the main shaft 8 direction and the take-up roller acting in the main shaft 8 direction at all times at its front end and is constituted movably forward and backward at need. The cutter section for cutting the bead parts is constituted of a shaft supported freely rotatably in a cutting shaft supporting frame 6, the right and left cutters 11B fixed apart a prescribed spacing to this shaft and the winding in assist roller 11C disposed therebetween. |
