<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a monitor time while preventing a signal from becoming a interference component to communication executed by other mobile station and lowering the quality of the communication. SOLUTION: A frame configuration section 103 assembles voice data into frames, a non-voice period decision section 104 decides a period when no voice data are received, that is, a non-voice period for a monitor time, a modulation section 107 applies modulation processing to the frames, a spread section 108 applies spread processing to the modulated frames, a radio section 109 applies prescribed radio processing to the spread frames, and a transmission antenna 110 transmits the frames subjected to the radio processing. Furthermore, when the non-voice period decision section 104 decides a monitor time, a control signal is outputted to inform a receiver about the fact of decision.</p> |
