PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepared unshaped refractory for an industrial waste incinerator, which contains no chromium oxide and no alumina cement and is excellent in alkali resistance and gaseous chlorine resistance. SOLUTION: This prepared unshaped refractory consists of 83-95% of refractory particles and 5-17% of a binder, wherein: the refractory particle component has a 5-20% content of zircon particles and a 80-95% total content of alumina particles and spinel particles; and the binder component contains >=25% of hydraulic alumina. |
